Claims Expert - Financial Lines (London, Hybrid)

We are currently seeking a well versed Financial Lines Claims Expert with 2-5 years experience, to join a dynamic and growing team in London.
This permanent role will focus on overseeing and managing delegated claims partnerships across the UK and other relevant global regions. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with service standards, delivering technical claims handling support, and working closely with delegated partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a background in London Market claims with expertise in Financial Lines - additional exposure to P&C is a plus. Strong technical claims experience, a deep understanding of best practices, and the ability to manage complex claims are essential. You will be actively involved in performance monitoring, risk control, and audits, as well as handling complaints and driving improvements in claims operations.
