Finance Transformation Manager - Hybrid - Initial 6-Month Contract

The Opportunity
A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to spearhead key finance transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Transformation Director, driving critical projects that enhance finance processes, models, and systems across various functions, including IT, sourcing, and HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute finance transformation strategies.

• Oversee end-to-end finance transformation projects, identifying needs and defining goals, solutions, and approaches.

• Lead project planning, prioritisation, and execution to ensure successful delivery.

• Manage and consolidate business requirements across multiple areas and sites, aligning with stakeholders.

• Drive key design decisions and ensure integration across the organisation.

• Collaborate with IT, HR, and sourcing teams to implement new solutions effectively.

• Ensure transparency by reporting progress, risks, and issues to leadership.

Your Profile

• Experienced in finance transformation or finance-related project management, ideally from a consulting or industry background.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes such as Lead-to-Cash.

• Expertise in business process design and optimisation.

• Familiarity with digital finance solutions is a plus.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, including internal staff and external partners.
