A global eCommerce brand is looking for a Head of E-commerce Operations to oversee multi-market operations across EMEA. This role is responsible for managing all eCommerce processes, ensuring seamless transactions, and delivering a world-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee order management, payments, fraud prevention, and chargebacks to maintain smooth operations.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring operational efficiency and KPI success.
- Collaborate with logistics, warehouses, and third-party vendors to drive performance.
- Monitor and improve processes using BI & Tableau reporting.
- Ensure all eCommerce SLAs are met, identifying and resolving any order issues.
Experience Required:
- Experienced in eCommerce operations, with a strong background in order management, logistics, and fulfilment.
- Experienced in fraud analysis, basket analysis, and payments within an eCommerce system.
- A calm, analytical problem-solver who thrives in high-pressure situations.
- KPI-driven and detail-oriented, ensuring every order moves seamlessly from checkout to delivery.
