Description

• Supporting the Agile Delivery Manager
• Delivering high-quality technology/digital solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Act as Scrum Master and provide coaching to the wider team on Agile ways of working adoption.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of IT projects.
• Participating in all phases of the project life cycle, from conception to deployment.
• Identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Assisting in the development of project scopes and objectives.
• Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
• Performing risk management to minimise project risks

Profile

A successful Agile Delivery Lead should be/have:

• A Certified Scrum Master (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies as well as Waterfall
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work well in a team environment/Matrix management
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Project Management Qualification (Desirable)
• ITIL Foundation Qualification (Desirable)
