Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (Dynatrace)
Location: Remote
Salary/Rate: £400 per day inside iR35
Start Date: March 2025
Job Type: 6 month initial Contract

My client within the financial sector is currently recruiting for a serviceNow Engineer with expertise in Dynatrace. This is an initial 6 month contract with extensions likely.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

1. Strong ITOM experience
2. Understand the Service Graph Connector for Dynatrace
3. Service Mapping tree using Dynatrace tags
4. Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) in ServiceNow
5. Resolve design issues between Dynatrace and our current ServiceNow setup to ensure that that the CMDB and Event Management within ServiceNow are not impacted because of the Dynatrace integration
6. Dynatrace Incident Integration which pushes incidents and events into ServiceNow
7. Navigate the existing integrations and alerts we have in ServiceNow and ensuring that any Dynatrace design does not impact the event management dashboard
