Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an Service Architect for an exciting project with a large manufacturing client of ours. For this role we are looking for Hungary-based candidates initially.

Requirements Service Architect Role:

• 5+ years in IT Service management area - IT Service Portfolio Management, IT Service Architecture Design, IT Service Design & Lifecycle management Processes, IT Service Management Governance.
• Able to define new Services, establish new Service Catalogue from scratch.
• Experience in a similar role within a large organization or IT consultancy.
• Proven experience in service architecture design and service portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Autonomous work with Leadership coordination

Details Service Architect Role:

• Start Date: ASAP (Flexible)
• Duration: 12 months (with extensions)
• Hours per week: 40 hours
• Location: Hybrid - Hungary-based needed
• Type of contract: Freelance
