- User & Application Support - Onboarding/offboarding, troubleshooting, and Office 365 admin.
- Cloud & SaaS Administration - Manage Azure, PowerApps, and software licensing.
- Collaboration & IT Training - Work with teams and vendors to optimize IT operations.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, Azure, Intune, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Desirable: Experience with SQL, Power BI, Python, or ITIL frameworks.
