Special Projects Project Manager - Contract Position in Dublin

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager (L&D/Training/Education) for a special projects role based in vibrant Dublin, Ireland. This position is ideal for someone with a robust background in Learning & Development and Training within the Life Science sector or other process sector. The successful candidate will manage critical knowledge management tools and processes, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's learning infrastructure and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the SME on knowledge management tools including SharePoint, Edcast LxP, and SuccessFactors LMS.
• Manage SharePoint sites effectively, ensuring they meet organisational needs.
• Play a crucial role in communicating about our learning programs, keeping everyone informed and engaged with the latest developments and opportunities, including initiatives associated with our learning investment for skilling & capability building
• Collaborate with instructional designer and OL&CM Leads to create adaptive learning content
• Manage metrics on utilisation of assets for Learning KPI metrics reporting and use data analytics to identify learning gaps and tailor content to site & function learning roadmap needs

Required Skills:

• SME on knowledge management tools and processes, such as Sharepoint and learning technologies (Edcast LxP, and SuccessFactors LMS)
• Excellent organisational and project management skills essential. Ability to prioritise multiple inputs and customer suggestions
• Adapt to work priorities in response to complex or rapidly changing environment. Has the context of global, regional & site learning needs to drive key elements of the role requirements
• Deliver results to project timelines with limited resources in a highly matrixed organization.
• Develop and execute strategies with minimum guidance.
