Role: Account Executive

Location: Remote (with 1 day/month in Skegness)

Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm

Contract: Permanent

Salary: up to £35k

iO are supporting a Healthtech Software company who are an award-winning software company providing innovative solutions for Sexual Health, HIV, and SARC services. Their mission is to empower healthcare providers with secure, efficient software that enhances patient care.

As an Account Executive, you will support and maintain client accounts, ensuring they understand and utilise the software effectively. You'll receive in-depth training on the products, gaining a holistic understanding of the services available. You'll also assist with exhibitions and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop client relationships
  • Provide product education and support
  • Identify opportunities for business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service optimisation

Essential:

  • 3+ years in software account management, preferably in healthcare
  • Strong understanding of healthcare IT and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (eg, Salesforce, Jira)
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance (ISO27001, GDPR, Cyber Essentials)
