SAP ALE Developer (100% Remote, Germany-Based)

We are seeking an experienced SAP ALE Developer to join a dynamic project on a 6-month contract basis. This is a 100% remote role, but candidates must be based in Germany and fluent in German.

As an SAP ALE Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ALE/IDoc integrations between SAP systems and external applications. You will play a key role in optimizing data exchange processes and troubleshooting integration issues.

• Develop, configure, and enhance ALE/IDoc interfaces for seamless data exchange.

• Set up Logical Systems, RFC connections, Partner Profiles, and Distribution Models.

• Create and customize Message Types, Segments, and Process Codes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve IDoc processing errors using SAP tools.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP with third-party systems.

• Optimize performance and security of ALE/IDoc processes.

• Proven experience as an SAP ALE Developer, with expertise in IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and ABAP development.

• Strong understanding of SAP integration and Middleware technologies.

• Ability to troubleshoot IDoc failures and optimize performance.

• Experience working with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.

• Must be fluent in German.
