For a client project, we are currently looking for an Oracle HCM Lead Consultant (m/f/d) - Talent Management - April 2025 - Remote.

Responsibilities:
Implementation (concept development, configuration) of Talent Management modules in Oracle HCM Cloud
Execution/Implementation: HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, PBL, and web services
Leading the technical stream for Talent Management in Oracle HCM Cloud
Execution and design of system configuration, data migration, and security
Requirement management for the realization of technical solutions
Configuration of Talent Management modules, as well as the creation of custom reports and integrations
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Guidance, main contact for implementation to stakeholders
Testing & Support: Test processes, post-implementation support, documentation
Continuous improvement: Keeping up to date with developments in Oracle HCM Cloud and optimizing existing processes

Requirements:
Extensive experience in the technical implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management
Proven consulting experience in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, PBL, and web services

Locations: Greater Heidelberg area & remote
Workload: 5 days per week
