Apps IT are looking for a OT Security Project Manager

You will be responsible for leading and managing multiple OT network segmentation projects providing high-quality project delivery from inception to delivery. The OT Project Manager will work closely with OT engineers, Network engineers, technical resources, plant operations, and key business partners to deliver a segmented OT environment at a number of our manufacturing sites. You will be responsible to initiate and deliver plans following our standard processes, prepare status reports track risks, issues and mitigation plans, lead OT project team meetings and provide ongoing status updates to the OT Program Manager and OT Program Sponsor.

Job Requirements

• Coordinate internal resources, peer teams and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects through project planning and relationship management
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility; as well as postmortems to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques and risk management activities
• Guide and direct the Project in the establishment and implementation of plans, procedures and controls that will assure success
• Maintain positive relationships with a diverse global project team
• Model effective change leadership and flexibility to enable adoption of new business processes
• Weigh timeline, risks, costs, benefits, and feasibility in all decision making
• Strong Communications skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority with IT/OT partners/stakeholders, and leadership across multiple geographies
• Ability to demonstrate strong project management and project delivery experience

Additional Requirements

• Previous PM experience with Security or Infrastructure projects is preferred
• Experience with project management tracking and/or reporting tools
• Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work effectively
• knowledge of basic computer security controls, networking concepts, protocols and network security methodologies
• Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and how operational technologies are leveraged in a manufacturing environment
• Experience creating/improving workflows, documentation
• Ability to effectively collaborate with multi-functional, cross-organization teams, secure commitments on deliverables and resolve blockers
• Quick to adapt to sudden changes and issues
• Systematic thinking; process-orientation
• Strong technical problem-solving skills
• Customer oriented to partner across cultural differences
