JOB DESCRIPTION:

Now Hiring: Payment Service Provider (PSP) Operations Specialist (Contractor)
Type: Contract Inside IR35 -12 months Extendable
Location: Hammersmith, London ( Hybrid/Remote)
Rate: GBP 420 - 550/day Inside IR35

I'm looking for a number of high-profile professionals who are responsible for understanding and managing the technical payment ecosystem of our key merchant relationships and the various parties involved.

What You'll Do:

• Support the operational relationships with key Payment Services Providers (PSPs) parties within International Markets.
• Understand the payment ecosystem from merchant to PSP to acquirer for key priority industry verticals, such as travel, hospitality and F&B.
• Support the adoption of network policy to support the delivery of the PSP strategy
• Work closely with the internal business partners, other client servicing teams and stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
• Someone who understands, travel, hospitality and hotel industry/key travel corridors/tourisms/airlines/transportation

What I'm Looking For:

Extensive expertise in the Payment Technology, Payment Gateways, Payment Service Provider or similar payment ecosystems from an operational perspective( scheme, acquiring, PSPs, merchant acceptance)
Strong technical problem-solving & data analysis skills
Exceptional leadership capabilities & stakeholder management
