Fabric Technician - Critical Environments
Location: Data Centre (Heathrow & Croydon)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (some weekend/holiday cover)

Join our Data Centre Maintenance Team and help ensure zero downtime across critical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Planned & reactive maintenance of building fabric and associated systems
Repairs & minor installation works (doors, flooring, drainage, roofing, partitions, fixtures, etc.)
Supporting M&E engineers and subcontractors
General housekeeping & compliance with safety standards

What We're Looking For:

Experience in carpentry, decorating, plumbing & general maintenance
Knowledge of raised floors, metal partitions & industrial building materials
Health & Safety training (working at heights, power tools, etc.)
Strong communication & organisational skills
