Legion Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled Legion Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimising Legion WFM solutions to meet client needs. This role requires deep knowledge of workforce management best practices, scheduling, labor Optimisation, and compliance. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyse requirements, configure the system, provide training, and support successful deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of Legion Workforce Management solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective system configurations.
Configure Legion WFM modules, including forecasting, scheduling, time and attendance, compliance, and labor optimisation.
Provide functional expertise in workforce management processes, advising on best practices.
Conduct user training sessions, develop documentation, and support change management initiatives.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration with HR, Payroll, and other enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot issues, perform testing, and support post-go-live stabilisation efforts.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
Proven experience with Legion WFM
Strong understanding of workforce scheduling, labor laws, and compliance.
Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions.
Ability to configure and optimise WFM systems.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Legion WFM certification.
Experience in retail, hospitality, healthcare, or other industries with complex scheduling.
Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or integrations
