Senior Product Manager - up to £80,000 DOE - Leicester - Hybrid

My client is seeking an initiative-taking and experienced Senior Product Manager to join their team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of their product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market. You will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, defining product vision, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Lead the creation, execution, and communication of the product roadmap, aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that product features are developed, launched, and optimized for success.
• User-Centric Focus: Drive product decisions based on deep customer insights, feedback, and market research.
• Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Execution: Oversee the full product life cycle, from ideation and planning to launch and iteration, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality products.
• Metrics & Analysis: Track and analyse product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform future product improvements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Function as the key product spokesperson, effectively communicating product updates, vision, and progress to key stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven history of successfully managing and launching complex products from inception to delivery.
• Strong technical background with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working in an agile environment, with a deep understanding of product development methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• A passion for innovation and delivering outstanding products that meet customer needs.
