Head of Savings Operations - Financial Services
Location: Central London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £100,000 + 15-20% Bonus

An established and growing financial services organisation is seeking a Head of Savings Operations to lead their customer service and operations function. This is a pivotal role that will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, driving operational efficiencies, and ensuring regulatory compliance within a fast-paced, FCA-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Customer Service Managers, ensuring high performance and service excellence.
Oversee the end-to-end savings operations function, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance experience and retention.
Manage financial crime risk, complaints handling, and regulatory compliance
Own and refine operating procedures, driving continuous service improvements.
Provide detailed MI reporting and performance insights to senior leadership.
Foster a culture of customer excellence, training and developing the team to support growth.

What We're Looking For:

? Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading customer service or operations teams within savings, retail banking, or financial services.
? Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of FCA regulations, operational risk, and financial crime risk management.
? Process Improvement: Track record of driving service and process improvements.
? Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to implement strategies that enhance the customer journey.
? Stakeholder Management: Experience working cross-functionally with senior leaders, compliance teams, and external partners.
