NOKIA RAN solutions lead (Radio, Nokia 5G)

We are looking for a Radio Solution Lead, Nokia Base stations systems expert ( Nokia BTS Product & System and ALD)

The candidate shall develop and implement new Nokia BTS configuration/design (2G/4G/5G) and ALD (Antenna Line Devices) strategy generate methods & procedures and technical documents regarding new Nokia BTS configuration/design (2G/4G/5G) and ALD (Antenna Line Devices) strategy evaluated and/or tested have minimum experience of 5 years in Telecom with Nokia RAN vendor, have experience in Finance (mainly Business case), have a project management experience (it is an advantage).

This vacancy concerns a job in the Technology team, reporting to the Head of Engineering

Your Mission
Based on both operator's strategy and requirements you lead the analysis, development and implementation of new Nokia BTS configuration/design (2G/4G/5G) and ALD (Antenna Line Devices) strategy or manage the existing ones. You are responsible for taking all the appropriate actions from the requirements to the move in production, after validation in Testbed (local Nokia LAB) and in the Pilot area.

As a RAN Solutions Lead, you are responsible to

Evaluate and make recommendations for the future, considering the technical evolutions on the market;

Analyse and assess technical solutions and evolution to fulfil Operator's strategy, regulatory and operational (functional and capacity) requirements, considering cost, time to market;

Lead medium implementation projects and coordinate (and coach if necessary) a core team for the implementation of new Nokia BTS configuration/design (2G/4G/5G) and ALD (Antenna Line Devices) strategy

Write functional and technical specifications;

Generate methods & procedures and technical documents regarding new Nokia BTS configuration/design (2G/4G/5G) and ALD (Antenna Line Devices) strategy evaluated and/or tested;

Provide technical workshops (to be considered as hand off) to Acquisition, Build, Acceptance, In-building deployment team and associated Build Partner's;

Provide technical workshops (to be considered as hand off) to Operation & Maintenance, Optimization team and associated Partners;

Conduct the implementation of the technical solutions (in collaboration with IT, Optimization, Operation & Maintenance and Build team);

Act as a technical interface with operator's, suppliers, other operators, to gather requirements and technical solutions, challenge operator's strategy, and provide recommendations;

Evaluate Nokia RAN roadmap to manage, prepare and implement new BTS solutions and technologies (as vRAN and O-RAN)

Languages: FR/EN, NL/EN or just EN.
