As a Senior leader and Strategic partner, you will drive the technological vision for the division, shaping and implementing solutions that support business priorities. Working closely with business leaders, you will ensure technology aligns with strategy and deliver tangible results. This is an exciting opportunity to champion innovation, collaborate across teams, and lead transformative change in a rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with business units, championing technology projects and driving digital solutions that enhance their operations and support their strategies.
  • Partner with the business to develop and align IT roadmaps with the wider organisational strategy, driving synergies where possible to maximise impact.
  • Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration across the division, ensuring technology adds value, boosts efficiency, and builds capability.
  • Lead major change initiatives, including system implementations like D365, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of operational efficiency.
  • Security Compliance: Oversee security governance, ensuring best practices and risk mitigation across the division, working closely with IT security teams.
  • Monitor and harness emerging tech trends, such as AI and smart technologies, to drive competitive advantage and meet business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and support IT professionals, guiding them to deliver exceptional IT services across networks, operations, and systems administration.
  • Manage IT budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient solutions and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards, and implement security measures across the division to protect both IT infrastructure and sensitive data.
Knowledge/Experience:
  • Degree in Computing, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT leader, with a track record of shaping and executing strategy.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a customer-focused approach to technology solutions.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills in managing business transformation and large-scale system implementations.
  • D365 F&O/ERP Experience is a must!
  • Expertise in vendor contracts, service level agreements, and project management.
  • Solid experience in financial planning and budgeting for IT projects.
