Our client, a market leader with IT support and services are currently recruiting an experienced Account Manager to join their expanding sales team. As an Account Manager you will be solely focused on new business development and contacting potential clients by telephone.
The successful Account Manager should have demonstratable knowledge of the IT sector, specifically within Manged Services (MSP's) and have a track record of developing and maintaining new business accounts. You will also be required to pro-actively research and identify potential clients via Linkedin and other online services.
If successful, you will be required to carry out high level customer service at all times while managing and maintain regular contact with your new and existing clients. On top of this, previous experience of B2B sales within an IT Reseller role is a must.
