Project Manager (Data, Compliance, Security)

Offices based in Havant/Reading

Our client is looking for an IT Project Manager with experience managing the Data, Compliance and Security aspects of IT delivery programmes. You will join the team to act as the primary liaison between IT, security, and data protection teams to ensure alignment on, and delivery of, compliance and security objectives across various projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, security architects, infrastructure teams, and development teams, to establish and maintain robust security and compliance measures.

Regulatory Compliance, Security Standards and Vulnerability Management, Azure DevOps Pipeline Management, Access Control Management.

Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of data protection regulations
Familiarity with security principles and standards (eg OWASP, NIST)
Experience with DevOps pipelines
Experience with Snyk and/or SonarCloud an advantage
Excellent problem-solving skills with a pro-active approach to mitigating risk
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead disparate teams to mutually beneficial compromise positions
