About the Role:
Harvey Nash's Pub Sec client is seeking a talented and experienced System Analyst to join their Digital Delivery team.
You will be part of an established agile delivery team working to deliver a new Back Office database and associated reporting applications.
This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where working independently whilst collaborating effectively within the wider team is key.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Data Design and Modelling within an Oracle environment to support business requirements.
- Proficiency in taking business requirements and transforming these into a technical solution.
- Proficiency in documenting functional specifications.
- Provide feedback on technical solutions and data models to business analysts and development teams.
- Proficient in PL/SQL and SQL.
- Proven experience in Oracle RDBMS database development.
- Design, develop and modify relational database objects including Tables, View, Packages, Triggers and Indexes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools (eg, MS DevOps).
- Experience with version control systems (eg, Git).
- Understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.
Desirable:
- Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of MS DevOps.
