IT Infrastructure Engineer - Windows - Permanent - up to £50k - Hybrid

I am currently working with a customer who are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with experience working with on-premise Windows, some Linux and virtual infrastructure, as well as (Azure) cloud based Windows and O365 infrastructure

The Infrastructure Engineer role is responsible for ensuring the effective operation, installation and configuration of all server-related infrastructure

You will be responsible for:-

• Monitoring IT service performance, availability and capacity
• A wide variety of design, planning, problem-solving and execution of tasks on global computer systems
• Testing disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Maintaining all elements of IT Infrastructure, particularly Microsoft and Linux server infrastructure, and cloud - Azure - infrastructure

You will have:-

• At least 4 years' experience working in a complex IT infrastructure environment
• Experience designing, planning and administering IT systems
• Microsoft & Linux Server support and administration
• Experience working with vSphere, Hyper-V, Active Directory
• Experience working with complex hosted bespoke applications
• Azure and O365 experience
