Perform on site service work both preventive and corrective on air compressors, refrigerated air dryers, filters, and other equipment related to the compressed air industry. Good mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills are required. Communication skills, both written and verbal are also important. Technically minded people with experience in the following industries have also been a good fit for this job position: -HVAC Technician -Maintenance Mechanic -Automotive Technician -Electrical Diagnostics -Oil Field Technician. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications, and great benefit package included as well. Refrigeration certification not required, but is valuable. Tasks to be assigned to your coordinator. Enter any additional 'Parts' from your truck into the 'Additional Materials' section on the Service Order Enter any incurred Expenses on the Service Order Record any unused Materials on the Service Order and return to Warehouse Verify Installed Product Model and Serial numbers, notify your coordinator if a change needs to be made. Create a task in this instance. Utilize equipment manuals in Google Drive for replacement part numbers when requesting parts on your Service Order Submit your Service Orders to the office in the appropriate status: 'Work Complete', 'Additional Work Required', or 'Reschedule' Review ALL service orders with customers and capture customer signature on completed Service Order before leaving the customers facility. Notify warehouse personnel of inventory needing transferred to your truck Clearly communicate any system downtime needed with the customer Ensure all customer concerns are addressed before leaving facility Complete all training programs enforced by Fluid-Aire Dynamics Provide and maintain all tools needed to safely conduct your work (specialty tools and safety gear will be provided by Fluid-Aire Dynamics) Maintain the condition of the vehicle you are provided with (oil changes, tire rotations/replacements, filter changes and other needed repairs) Provide inventory counts of your vehicle as directed by your Warehouse Manager Justify and provide proof of all transactions placed using FAD CC Communicate all time off with Finance via email, with your direct manager being CC'd.
