A typical Product/Program Manager for an innovation group should have a strong technology background, having previously worked as a developer or tech lead.
This role requires someone who can think independently, is an open thinker, and is comfortable working with new and emerging technologies.
The ideal candidate should possess expertise in project and program management, financial, budget, people management, and various methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban. They should be highly adaptable and capable of adjusting to different workflows and challenges.
This person must be a proactive leader who can drive initiatives, collaborate effectively, and work with diverse teams across the organization.
A PM with 12-15 years of experience in program/project management, excellent communication skills, and a strong foundation in technology would be the perfect fit for this role.
