Role Profile

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in PI Planning, Process Modelling, Ops Modelling, Requirements Gathering, and Running Workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and participate in PI Planning sessions to ensure alignment and prioritisation of business objectives.
• Develop and maintain process models to streamline business operations.
• Create and analyse operational models to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct and lead workshops to elicit requirements and foster collaboration among teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in PI Planning.
• Strong skills in Process Modelling and Ops Modelling.
• Excellent requirements gathering and documentation abilities.
• Effective workshop facilitation skills.
