Change Management Specialist -Netherlands - Hybrid -12+ months
The Change Management Specialist will lead efforts in adopting and integrating a new revenue management system, managing changes to business processes, systems, and technology. This role reports to the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
- Conduct change impact assessments and integrate activities with project plans.
- Design and deliver training programs, and execute communication plans for stakeholders.
- Monitor change management effectiveness, coach managers, and manage risks.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
- 10+ years in change management, with experience in Revenue Management Systems.
- Knowledge of change management principles (eg, ADKAR).
- Experience in training program development and delivery.
- Familiarity with revenue management systems and business processes.
- Candidate must be based in NL or BE
Details:
- Start date: ASAP (April acceptable)
- Location: Nijmegen (2 times per week)
- Duration: 6months +
- Workload: Full time
- Language: English
