The Change Management Specialist will lead efforts in adopting and integrating a new revenue management system, managing changes to business processes, systems, and technology. This role reports to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and integrate activities with project plans.
  • Design and deliver training programs, and execute communication plans for stakeholders.
  • Monitor change management effectiveness, coach managers, and manage risks.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 10+ years in change management, with experience in Revenue Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of change management principles (eg, ADKAR).
  • Experience in training program development and delivery.
  • Familiarity with revenue management systems and business processes.
  • Candidate must be based in NL or BE

Details:

  • Start date: ASAP (April acceptable)
  • Location: Nijmegen (2 times per week)
  • Duration: 6months +
  • Workload: Full time
  • Language: English
