Mercy Hospital is a not-for-profit hospital and is currently looking for one (1) Full Time, Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. This position will have a strong focus on Home Care and will include occasional Inpatient, Outpatient and LTC / Transitional Care Unit. Successful candidates must be highly organized and able to prioritize, detail oriented, have basic computer, accounting, word processing, exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications: Must have a BA/BS or Doctorate degree as a Physical Therapist from a college or university, licensed in the state of Minnesota with the Medical Board of Examiners, CPR certified, a valid driver's license and a dependable vehicle.

We offer an excellent benefit package and mileage reimbursement at the standard rate.

Mercy Hospital is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital serving communities in southern Carlton and northern Pine counties.

In 2015, Mercy opened a new, state-of-the-art, two-story addition that features a new emergency department, nursing unit with private rooms, birthing center, lab and imaging departments. The existing hospital was remodeled and features expanded rehab space, new dining area, private pre- and post-op rooms and a third surgical suite. Designed to enhance patient care, safety and privacy, the new addition and remodeling project will meet the health needs of the hospital district well into the future.
