Global - MES Developer - Freelance contract in UK.*

Role: MES Developer

Industry: Retail/Food

• Start Date: March/April 2025
• Duration: until end of the year - initial contract-
• Contract: Freelance (no permanent/no Visa/No sponsorship can be offered)
• Workload: Full Time (5 Days Per Week)
• Required: 2-3 Days Weekly/On-site - Cambridgeshire area
• Rate: Outside IR35 (Travel Expenses Paid)

Education and Knowledge Requirements

• Our client needs someone with a strong working background on MES and preferably with Aveva experience/knowledge, as this is the language currently used.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience with MES - good understanding of software development life cycle
• Experience with Aveva as preferred language (otherwise - expertise with multiple MES systems)
• Experience with databases, Microsoft SQL preferred.
• Experience with a broad range of MES functions including OEE, Recipe Management, PO management, Guided Workflows and QA/Product Genealogy.
