Customer Service & Support Representative

Pay Rate: Competitive
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: 6-month contract (4th Jan 2025 - 30th Sept 2025)

Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for logistics and problem-solving? We're seeking a Customer Service & Support Representative to join our dynamic team in London. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a keen eye for detail, and love working with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping-related queries-this role is for you!

• Handle shipping-related customer queries via Email, Chat, and Phone, ensuring resolutions meet SLA standards.
• Work closely with internal teams (inventory/export) and external partners (carriers, warehouses) to resolve shipment issues.
• Investigate and manage claims for lost or damaged packages, handling escalations efficiently.

• 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics/shipping.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication & organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A-Level or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with warehouses, carriers, forwarders, and reverse logistics (preferred).
