Programme Manager - Payments, Platform, Software, Delivery, Change Management, Technology, Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Financial Services - Northampton - Permanent - £75,000 - £90,000 base + bonus + benefits

Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation, is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join their Northampton office on a permanent basis. This is a key requirement within a critical payments programme.

The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background combined with extensive end-to-end project management experience. This role will be responsible for driving numerous high-profile growth projects and transformational programmes in commercial and corporate payments, specifically in the commercial issuing space. You will oversee key software changes and implementations such as leveraging API's and current solution enhancements, however, you will be expected to think more broadly than just technology as you'll need to asess how changes will impact the business, internal teams and external client touchpoints.

To be successful in this role you will need;

• Proven Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager experience, preferably within a large-scale organisation
• Payments experience is highly beneficial
• Demonstrable end-to-end programme management experience, delivering technology and change
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Proven experience managing multiple project work streams
• Strong experience managing and implementing change projects
• Software delivery experience
• Strong experience writing and translating both business and functional specifications
