End User Engineer - 3 Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Onsite
Join a leading UK energy organisation on an exciting 3-month contract, with the strong potential for extension. This pivotal role requires your expertise to ensure smooth IT operations and deliver exceptional support across three available locations, with five days per week required onsite.
The successful candidate must have a valid UK driving licence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Replacing SIM Card of multiple mobile devices. Including Android, iOS, Tough pad, Toughbook.
- Provide hyper care support post replacing the SIM Card and eSIM.
- Communication with end users.
- Logging, tracking, and resolving incidents related to SIM replacement.
What you will ideally bring:
- Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, and IoT devices.
- Ability to configure network settings post-SIM installation
- Understanding of cellular networks (2G/3G/4G/5G).
- Familiarity with APNs, SIM activation processes, and provisioning.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 3 months
- Locations: London/Crawley/Bury Saint Edmunds - 5x Per Week
- Daily Rate: Up to £220 Per Day (Inside IR35)
