iO Associates is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join a leading smart infrastructure solutions provider in Illinois, USA that specializing in delivering complex projects across various sectors.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth for the company's digital commerce services, specifically focusing on SAP hybris, Oracle Commerce, and Product Information Management (PIM/MDM). The ideal candidate will have experience in acquiring top-tier clients and building strong industry relationships.

Position: Sales Manager (Hybrid)
Location: Illinois, USA
Role Type: Permanent
Shift: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire 4-6 key logos annually, generating $1-3M in revenue.
  • Develop and execute a 2-3 year regional roadmap aligned with the organization's capabilities and expertise.
  • Leverage industry connections (especially in SAP, Oracle, and Informatica) to build and strengthen client relationships.
  • Influence and collaborate with internal teams, contributing fresh ideas and energy while being an independent contributor.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives, ensuring long-term customer engagement.
  • Continuously drive business performance by identifying new opportunities and securing partnerships.

Experience:

  • Proven success as a Sales Leader (preferably in digital commerce services), with at least 4+ years of experience in selling to C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire high-value clients and generate significant revenue in a competitive market.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP hybris, Oracle Commerce, and Product Information Management.
  • Strong networking skills within the digital commerce and technology sectors.

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
