CHATBOT DEVELOPER

Rate - £500 (a day)

Duration - 6 months (Initially)

Location - Dorset (Hybrid)

Ir35 - Outside

We are seeking a skilled Chatbot Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced conversational interfaces and chatbot solutions. You will utilise AI technologies and natural language processing to increase our company's automation capabilities. The Chatbot Developer will be expected to understand user requirements, integrate chatbot solutions into existing systems, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Experience within the Higher Education sector would be beneficial but isn't essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement chatbot solutions using AI technologies.
  • Integrate chatbot solutions into existing systems and platforms.
  • Understand and translate user requirements into technical solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve chatbot capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain technical documents related to chatbot implementations.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and improve chatbot solutions.
  • Monitor the performance of chatbots and make necessary improvements or adjustments.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to stay competitive.
  • Train chatbots to improve response accuracy using machine learning algorithms.
  • Resolve any chatbot issues, including debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge transfer to, and collaboration with, internal technical teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing chatbots for various platforms.
  • Familiarity with chatbot development tools like Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Rasa.
  • Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, Node.js, or similar.
  • Experience integrating chatbots with CRM systems, databases, and other enterprise tools.
  • Ability to design conversation flows and optimize user interactions.
  • Knowledge of natural language processing and machine learning basics.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for Real Time chatbot interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on end-user experience.
  • Commitment to staying updated with the latest in chatbot technology and trends.
