Oracle Fusion HCM Lead - Core HR, Compensation & Benefits

I'm partnered with a leading organisation to support in their journey to identify a seasoned HCM Consultant to work on an exciting implementation.

To be considered for the role you should be able to demonstrate:

• Broad knowledge of HCM modules including core HR, Recruitment, Resource Management, Time & Labour etc
• Previous consulting experience
• Data & reporting experience
• Implementation and configuration experience to a high level
• A background/deep knowledge of HR processes and principles

This is a pivotal time in my customers journey. You will be working alongside the SI partner and be at the forefront of a first class HCM implementation. Aa a leader on the implementation you will use your initiative and drive to support in the completion of the programme.
