We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Dell Boomi Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in integration tools, workforce management applications, database management, programming, data analysis, and project management. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and conflict resolution expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Dell Boomi.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver integration projects.

Develop and maintain integration processes between core workforce management applications like UKG Pro WFM and UKG Workforce Central.

Utilize Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and Kronos Connect for efficient integration workflows.

Perform API integration and ensure secure data transfer through PGP encryption.

Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.

Utilize Postman for API testing and debugging.

Conduct data modelling and database management using SQL () and Oracle SQL.

Develop programs using VB6, VB.NET, and T-SQL, including stored procedures and functions.

Analyze processes and generate reports using Excel, MS Access, and Pivot Tables.

Implement Lean Methodology and Prince2 project management principles.

Facilitate strong communication and leadership within the team and with stakeholders.

Resolve conflicts effectively and maintain positive relationships.
