We are seeking a talented BI Datawarehouse Developer & Reporting Engineer to join our client's dynamic IT team and play a key role in ensuring the security and reliability of their critical data. You will work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment with the opportunity to contribute to the realization of business-innovated products and capabilities.

  • Engage with key business stakeholders and manage data and reporting requirements throughout the design and development process.
  • Play a pivotal role in maintaining the security and reliability of critical data, ensuring that the organization's operations remain uninterrupted.

Essential skills and experiences include:

  • Excellent, proven experience in data modelling and development on big data platforms using concepts such as Data Lakes, PL/SQL databases, Amazon S3, external files, and Apache Parquet format.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle and SQL
  • Design data warehouse solutions using Kimball and Inmon methodologies, including dimensions, measures, and slowly changing dimensions (SCD).
  • Understanding data ingestion and transformation techniques using SQL.
  • Strong technical understanding of performance tuning.
  • Knowledgeable in data quality, data governance, and data security
  • Proficiency in Python, Spark, machine learning and REST APIs is desirable
  • Familiarity with using raw and transformed data in Power BI or similar reporting tools is desirable

3 days in Office 2 Days Remote £50-65,000 + 20% bonus + Benefits
