JOB DESCRIPTION This position interfaces with multiple levels within the company and must be able to adjust direction in response to changing work situations, and accommodate different working styles. The successful candidate must have strong attention to detail; organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize work and tasks; be proactive, collaborative and accountable; and have tact in communicating effectively with others. Duties include: Admin Support to senior level executives Pro-actively manage complex calendar and travel schedule and optimize time Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel plans end-to-end including the proactive anticipation of travel and itinerary Manage expenses in a timely manner and coordinate expense validation Assist in the preparation of high-level presentations Candidate Requirements: Years of Experience: 5-7 years of administrative experience/Human Resource Assistant experience supporting senior management in a fast paced environment Top 3 must-have hard skills: Experience supporting a GM level or higher Manager Experience supporting a large team that is both virtual and global Administrative Assistant Experience About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
