IT Business Analyst

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to support and optimize payment and cash management solutions for one of the largest banks in the Netherlands. The client is seeking someone with deep expertise in financial institutions (FI), including banks, non-bank payment service providers, and broker-dealers, to help translate complex business needs into clear IT solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate FI client needs into technical requirements.
• Ensure alignment between various stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Develop detailed implementation roadmaps and oversee solution delivery during the discovery phase.
• Conduct integration testing post-implementation, ensuring seamless component interaction and resolving interface issues.
• Identify and manage risks and provide continuous improvements throughout the product life cycle.

• Multi-year experience in IT business analysis, especially within financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of FI payments, cash management products, and the FI industry.
• Experience in all phases of software development, including solution delivery for web, Client Server, and cloud-based systems.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum and DevOps teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A problem solver with a 'make it happen' mentality, eager to learn, coach others, and develop holistic solutions.
