This is an exciting opportunity to work with a key partner of Red Global on a long-term project.
Role Overview:- Hands-on administration and installation of SAP Business Objects (SAP BI, SAP Data Services).
- Experience with Linux & Windows operating BOBJ & Java systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and manage escalations.
- Cloud and Customer Mindset-experience in Cloud Operations or Support (private/public cloud).
- 8+ years of relevant IT experience.
- Fluent English is required.
