* UKG Pro WFM - Initial 6 Month Contract - Remote with travel to Sweden.*

Role Overview:
RED are collabrating with a reputable client of ours that are looking for a UKG professional for an initial 6 month contract. This position requires close collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders to develop effective system designs and configurations that address complex business requirements.

• System Configuration & Implementation: Configure UKG Pro WFM modules-including Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Leave, and Attendance-to align with organizational needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system designs.
• Technical Documentation Review: Ensure the quality and accuracy of functional and technical design documents, including test plans and implementation materials.

• Experience: 10+ years of expertise in UKG Pro WFM system configuration and support, with a strong focus on solution architecture across multiple functional areas.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to critically assess information and develop effective technical solutions.
• Communication: Strong presentation, documentation, and relationship-building skills across various functions.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the retail sector is a plus.
