The Digital & Technology team plays a critical role in driving this transformation, ensuring adoption and delivering tangible value across the organization.

As the IT Digital Business Partner for Finance & Legal, you will act as the key liaison between these functions and the digital organization, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technology initiatives. Your role will involve:

• Building strategic partnerships with senior Finance & Legal stakeholders.
• Co-developing and executing a digital strategy that enhances business outcomes.
• Leading the adoption of digital solutions, tracking performance, and maximizing value realization.
• Driving innovation by identifying emerging technologies that benefit the organization.
• Collaborating with IT architecture, development, and support teams to implement the digital roadmap.
• Leading and mentoring a diverse international team to foster a strong digital talent pipeline.

• Delivering digital solutions that effectively meet Finance & Legal business needs.
• Driving measurable business value and impact from technology initiatives.
• Ensuring seamless collaboration between IT, business functions, and external partners.
• Establishing best practices, aligning roadmaps, and continuously improving digital capabilities.

• 10+ years of experience in digital leadership, business partnering, and finance transformation within a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and other finance-related technologies.
• Proven track record in large-scale digital transformation and technology program management (DevOps, Agile, Waterfall).
• Ability to build business cases, track ROI, and drive adoption of digital solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills across global teams.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Italian language skills are a plus.
