Social Media Manager - Haircare

Salt have partnered with a premium beauty brand that specialises in haircare. You'll be joining an established social media team that is looking for their next Social Media Manager. My client is a heritage brand that has seamlessly moved into the digital market. You'll be planning, creating and posting highly creative content across their socials.

The Role:

Own the social media calendar planning content in advance and jumping on cultural moments.

Develop and build upon social media strategy driving brand awareness and engagement across key channels such as Instagram, TikTok etc

Be accountable for all content across social as well as paid and owned channels.

Collaborate with wider teams including PR, Performance and Influencer to ensure marketing integration and alignment.

Work with paid team to identify boosted opportunities and briefing for content.

Be seen as an authority on social media and trends.

Analyse and report on campaign performance.

The Person:

3+ years of experience in social media across beauty/fashion/lifestyle/luxury brands.

Proven ability to grow brand awareness and engagement across TikTok, Insta, YouTube etc

Excellent copywriting skills, with ability to appeal to a Gen Z and Millennial audience.

Direct report experience.

Proficient with photo and video editing platforms.

Highly organized and detail oriented.
