An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global organisation as a DATA PRIVACY & AI RISK MANAGEMENT - Consultant on a Contract basis ( Europe - Remote ).

Skills:

• 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in data privacy and data protection.
• Proven track record in supporting privacy process implementation and compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
• Strong expertise in privacy risk assessments and developing risk mitigation recommendations.
• In-depth knowledge of Privacy by Design principles and related frameworks such as NIST Privacy Framework, ISO 27701.
• Experience with AI technologies, machine learning models, or related fields.
• Proficiency in AI risk assessments and governance frameworks such as NIST AI Risk Management Framework, EU AI Act.
• Assess, develop, and implement privacy programs to ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection laws.
• Conduct privacy risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for AI-based applications and data processing systems.
• Advise on Privacy by Design principles and related frameworks such as NIST Privacy Framework and ISO 27701.
• Support the implementation of AI governance frameworks such as NIST AI Risk Management Framework and the EU AI Act.
• Develop and implement AI risk mitigation strategies, ensuring ethical AI deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate privacy and AI risk considerations into business and technology initiatives.
• Educate stakeholders on privacy laws, AI ethics, and risk management principles through training and awareness programs.
• Monitor regulatory developments in data protection and AI governance, providing strategic insights.
• Ability to translate complex privacy and AI risk concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of French is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or Law.
