Working for a Cisco Gold Partner, multi-award winning, forward-thinking MSP who are boasting growth year on year. Looking for an internal IT manager who can improve the operational performance of the internal systems. This role covers multiple technology stacks, including Azure, M365, Cisco, Firepower, VMware, AV. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of internal systems, delivering an exceptional, quick service and technical support to the team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Hands on in Internal IT support in relation to resolving technical issues
• Hands on experience and knowledge in key technologies such as Azure, M365, Cisco R& S, Meraki, Firewalls, Intune, Active Directory, Autopilot, and Teams
• Develop and implement IT policies and best practices
• Manage and monitor the performance of the IT systems and make recommendations for improving IT provision.
• Internal on-site and remote support project delivery activities for the managed desktop, server, virtualisation, storage, backup, voice, and network solutions.
• Responding to alerts and actions from our monitoring platforms and responding, logging tickets, triaging and escalating, as necessary.
• Management of IT staff, including hiring, development, evaluation, and guidance
• Develop and deliver the internal IT strategy, including but not limited to platforms, security, and compliance, in line with the IT governance policy
• Manage the IT budget and understand IT spending across the environment.
• Overall responsibility for the internal IT network and how to best keep up with modern technologies to serve staff, leveraging demos for clients
