SAP HCM Consultant - Polish Payroll

An exciting opportunity is available for an SAP HCM Consultant with expertise in Polish payroll to work on large-scale payroll implementations. This role focuses on delivering high-quality SAP Payroll (PY) solutions for enterprises with 10,000+ employees.

Role Overview:

• Analyze payroll and HR requirements to design SAP solutions.
• Develop and implement payroll processes within SAP HCM.
• Configure, optimize, and support SAP Payroll (PY) systems.

What's Required:

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP payroll implementations specific to Poland.
• Strong background in Time Management (TM) & Personnel Administration (PA).
• Basic understanding of Organizational Management (OM).
• Solid knowledge of Polish HR and legal regulations.

Technical Expertise:

• Practical experience with ABAP programming (beyond debugging).
• Deep knowledge of SAP Payroll (PY).

Soft Skills & Language Requirements:

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Polish language - C1 level.
• English - B2 level.
