We are looking for an experienced .NET Software Engineer with Data Engineering know-how for a one of a kind opportunity within the Innovation Lab at one of our leading clients. This Lab connects mechanical components with the digital world.
Our client is using turbo Laser technology to make mechanical processes more efficient. The digital solution in combination with the sensor technology collects incredibly large amounts of data, which must now be processed correctly, logically and cleanly. This requires the development of new tools, software and solutions.
The team of 6 delivers work in the following areas:
- 80% of the work is the new development of features in .NET and Python
- Ownership for ETL processes and their automation within the Lab
- Introduction of Data Analytics methods based on Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence
- Connection to the Cloud - MS Azure
- Further development of the network and IoT protocols
- Windows and Linux systems
- Knowledge transfer in the areas of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering across the wider business
