Service Introduction Managers x 4

6 months initially - Contract

£300 - £331/day (via an Umbrella)

Fully Remote (or Glasgow/Newcastle)

A large & leading financial services organisation is currently seeking 4 x Service Introduction Managers to join their teams, creating and maintaining structured, controlled approaches for introducing new services.

To be successful, candidates should have the following knowledge & experience:

• Demonstrable & direct knowledge of Services Introduction
• Experience with Release Management & Deployment processes
• Previous Service Introduction experience within other large & established Financial Services or Banking organisations
• Backgrounds & full-understanding in Service Management, Service Introduction Management & Release Management etc
• Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and services with ITIL qualifications
• 1st class communication & Stakeholder Management skills
