A large & leading financial services organisation is currently seeking 4 x Service Introduction Managers to join their teams, creating and maintaining structured, controlled approaches for introducing new services.
To be successful, candidates should have the following knowledge & experience:
- Demonstrable & direct knowledge of Services Introduction
- Experience with Release Management & Deployment processes
- Previous Service Introduction experience within other large & established Financial Services or Banking organisations
- Backgrounds & full-understanding in Service Management, Service Introduction Management & Release Management etc
- Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and services with ITIL qualifications
- 1st class communication & Stakeholder Management skills
