Jira Administrator - Atlassian
Contract Length: 6 months initially
Location: Slough/Manchester - majority remote working and travel to either location when required

Up to £300 pd inside IR35 via umbrella

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Operations: Manage day-to-day operations related to the Atlassian toolset, including handling access requests, general configuration, and resolving incidents efficiently.
  • Elevate Business Requests: Identify significant business requests that require elevation to the Jira Guild, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the requirements to present effectively.
  • Reporting & Insights: Build and monitor essential reports and insights driven by security metrics and KPIs, providing valuable data to inform decision-making.
  • Security & Performance: Support critical security and performance requirements, including regular backups and implementing security measures to safeguard information.
  • Process Governance: Maintain and govern processes and policies surrounding the Atlassian toolset, ensuring the Knowledge Base is relevant and up-to-date for all users.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have experience in administering Jira and a strong understanding of the Atlassian ecosystem. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with various stakeholders across the organisation.
