Salesforce Business Change Manager - Public Sector
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Change Manager to support a public sector transformation programme. This is a 6-month contract with a remote-first approach, although some on-site presence in London may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage business change initiatives for successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and implement change management strategies that drive stakeholder engagement and minimise disruption.
- Conduct impact assessments, perform stakeholder analysis, and oversee readiness planning.
- Design and execute communication and training plans to support user adoption.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, aligning business needs with change deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate change-related risks, ensuring minimal impact to operations.
- Provide hands-on support and coaching throughout the change life cycle.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in business change management, ideally within the public sector.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce implementation and user adoption strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching abilities.
